You have 30 days from the date your item was dispatched to return it. After that window closes, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item needs to be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s arrived, then let you know whether the refund’s been approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 working days.

Returning an item
