Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026. These terms apply whenever you use this website or order from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering and personalisation

Each print is created using the words and design choices you enter in our word art tool. Please check your spelling and wording carefully before adding to basket — because every print is made to order and personalised to you, we’re not able to offer a refund for wording errors made at the point of ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment provider.

Delivery

Digital downloads are delivered by email, typically within minutes of payment (please check your junk folder). Framed and unframed prints are made to order and shipped within the timescales shown on our Delivery times page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and cancellations

Because every print is personalised, our products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK distance selling regulations, except where the item arrives faulty or damaged. If your print arrives damaged or there’s a printing error on our part, contact us with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & FAQ page for full details.

Intellectual property

The templates, designs, and the word art creator tool remain our property. The words you personally add to a design are yours, but the underlying template and artwork may not be resold or redistributed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights when using the word art creator. We reserve the right to decline to print submitted content at our discretion.

Liability

We aim to provide accurate previews of your design before you order, but slight variations in colour and print finish can occur between screen and physical print. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
